- Commissions and Artwork Sales
Commissions:
Prices for commissioned artwork are quoted on a case-by-case basis and depend on factors like size, complexity, and materials.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin a commissioned work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the artwork, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback during the creation process. Once the final artwork is approved, changes are not possible.
Artwork Sales:
All prices for available artwork are listed on the jodeeclifford.com, when applicable.
Purchased artwork will be shipped within 8 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping costs are added during checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
Returns are not accepted, but please contact us with any issues that may arise.
- Creative Freelance Work
Project Scope and Fees:
Project details, including scope of work, fees, and deadlines, will be outlined in a separate written agreement for each project.
A non-refundable deposit of [30]% may be required to secure your project slot.
Changes to the project scope after the agreement is signed may result in additional fees.
Revisions:
A limited number of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions incur an extra charge.
Copyright:
The Artist retains copyright to all original artwork and creative work produced, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You will be granted a license to use the work for the specific project outlined in the agreement.
- Content Ownership
All content on the Website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of the Artist or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any content without written permission.
- Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Artist disclaims any liability for any damages arising from your use of the Website.
- Termination
The Artist reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website for violating any of these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
